Please note that once an order is placed, cancellations are not guaranteed. If we are able to accommodate your cancellation request, the refund will be issued back to your original payment method.

⚠️ Important: Payment processing fees charged by our payment provider are non-refundable. This means that if your order is canceled, a small fee (approximately 3% + $0.30 per transaction) will be deducted from your refund.

We encourage customers to double-check their order details before completing checkout to avoid any unwanted cancellations.

Cancellation Confirmation:

  • Refund processing times may vary and are subject to the policies of the payment processor and issuing bank.
  • The customer will receive an email notification confirming the cancellation and refund. It is the customer's responsibility to check their email and bank accounts to verify the receipt of the refund.
