We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns on eligible items for U.S. customers only.
Exchanges are 100% FREE!
If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size, simply email us at team@bluecrystalboutique.com within 14 days of receiving your order and send the word “EXCHANGE” in the subject line or message body.
We’ll get back to you with available options and instructions for your free exchange.
Please note: exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Please visit our Returns Portal within 14 days of the delivery date to start your return.
Items must also be postmarked within the same 14-day window to qualify.
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained, and free of perfumes or odors.
All items must be returned in their original condition with tags and hygienic liners (if applicable) attached.
Any items marked “Final Sale” (including items discounted by 40%) cannot be returned or exchanged.
The following items are non-returnable due to hygiene concerns:
bodysuits, jewelry, styling accessories, swimwear, and undergarments.
International orders are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
We’re currently unable to accept international returns due to the high cost, extended shipping times, and complex customs regulations involved. These factors make it difficult for us to process returns in a timely and reliable way while ensuring a smooth experience for our customers.
Store Credit – 100% of your item’s value refunded as store credit. No return fee.
Store Credit never expires and can be used anytime on anything at Blue Crystal Boutique.
Exchange – 100% FREE! No fees at all. Email us at team@bluecrystalboutique.com within 14 days of receiving your order and send the word “EXCHANGE” in the subject line or message body.
Refund – A $9.75 return fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
We charge this small return fee for refunds to help cover the costs of processing, shipping, and restocking returned items. This allows us to continue offering fast shipping, free exchanges, and store credit returns while keeping our prices fair for everyone.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
Note: We aim to process returns within 7 business days of receiving them, though during high-volume periods (especially holidays) processing times may take longer.
Blue Crystal Boutique is not responsible for any loss or damage to return parcels once handed over to USPS, UPS, or any shipping carrier. We recommend keeping your tracking number and proof of drop-off until your return has been fully processed.
If your order was purchased using a gift card and you select a refund to the original payment method, the refund will be added back to the balance of your gift card.
