Shipping policy
OUR SHIPPING POLICY
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
Processing Time
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.
After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take up to 4 business days, Expedited orders can still take up to 3 business days, and Rush orders can still take up to 1 business day to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.
Delivery Policy
If your package is lost or missing, you must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a store credit or reship. Blue Crystal Boutique does not guarantee responsibility for packages that have been reported as “Delivered” by the carrier and will review on a case by case basis.
Shipping and Liability Policy:
At Blue Crystal Boutique, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping service to ensure our customers receive their orders in a timely manner. Once we hand over the package to the shipping companies, USPS or UPS, the responsibility for delivery and the status of the shipment becomes the sole responsibility of the shipping company.
From the moment of package delivery to USPS or UPS, Blue Crystal Boutique is not liable for:
1. Delivery Delays: We understand that delays can be frustrating, but external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, logistical issues, or unforeseen events, may affect delivery times.
2. Transport Damages: We take care to package products securely to minimize potential damage during transit. However, we cannot guarantee that the package will arrive in perfect condition due to factors beyond our control.
3. Package Loss: If USPS or UPS misplaces a package, we will work with the shipping company to resolve the situation, but we cannot be held responsible for the loss.
Customer Recommendations:
1. Tracking: Upon receiving the package tracking number, we suggest our customers regularly track the status of their shipment directly with USPS or UPS.
2. Communication with the Shipping Companies: If any issues arise with the delivery, we encourage our customers to communicate directly with USPS or UPS to seek assistance.
At Blue Crystal Boutique, we value customer satisfaction and will do our best to collaborate with our customers and the shipping companies, USPS and UPS, to resolve any shipment-related issues.
Out of stock items
If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.
Reserved rights regarding shipping
While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our customers, Blue Crystal Boutique reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.
Additionally, Blue Crystal Boutique reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, Blue Crystal Boutique reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

- Standard Economy $6.99 / 5 - 10 Business Day Shipping
- Express $19.99 / 3 - 5 Business Day Shipping
- Shipping is Free with purchases over US $100
- Shipping is Free with any jewelry purchase.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE USA)
- The cost of international shipping will vary depending on the customer's location and will be calculated during the checkout process by the shipping company DHL.
- International orders do not qualify for return/exchange.
- International orders are final sale.
- Local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Amounts vary by country but can range from 20% to 50% of the total order value.
- The Blue Crystal Boutique shipping charge only covers the cost of postage; it does not cover taxes and duties.
