Return Policy

 

  • We accept returns of full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.
  • We do not offer refunds to the original payment method; instead, we provide store credit.
  • Once your item is returned, we will issue a store credit code that you can use on your next purchase.
  • We do not accept returns of discounted items.
  • Store credit expires 6 months from issuance. We offer store credits for the amount of the returned product (excluding shipping costs).

Additional Terms:

  • All store credits issued will be valid for six months from the date of issuance. After this period, credits will expire and cannot be used for future purchases.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they use their credits within this timeframe.
  • Please note that return shipping costs are covered by us for one return per customer.
  • Items will only be accepted if returned in their original clean condition with tags: unworn, unwashed, free from perfume or other scents, makeup, and fake tan.

Additional Terms for Sale Items:

We do not accept returns for any bodysuits, lingerie, or jewelry unless defective or damaged.

Return Shipping Conditions:

  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.
  • Items that do not meet the above Return Conditions for our change of mind policy will not be accepted, and the customer will be notified.
  • Returns must be sent back within 14 days of purchase. We cover shipping costs for returns.

Store Credit:

  • Once we receive and process the return, we will send you an email with a discount code that you can apply to your next purchase in our online store. 
  • Additionally, please note that to cover administrative costs associated with return processing, an 8% restocking fee will be applied for returns of items that meet our return conditions. This fee will be deducted from the total amount of store credit issued to the customer.

Return Restriction Policy:

  • We offer one free return per order. This means you can only request one free return per order, whether it's for size issues, personal preferences, or any other reasons.
  • If you have already requested one free return for your order, you won't be able to request a second free return for the same order.
  • If we observe consistent abuse of our return policy by a customer, we reserve the right to deny future free returns for this customer.
  • After we provide you with the pre-paid shipping label, you have a period of 8 days to deliver the product to the appropriate location, either UPS or USPS. It's important to adhere to this deadline to ensure a successful return.

Please Note:

Any original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. All returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Blue Crystal Boutique.

Blue Crystal Boutique reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to irregular or excessive return histories.
