We accept returns of full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Our Return Policy Includes:

Size Exchange:
- We offer exchanges for a different size if the size originally ordered does not fit.
- If the desired size is unavailable, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
- Exchanges are subject to availability; if no sizes are available, a refund will be provided.

Refunds:
- Refunds to the original payment method are only issued in cases where:
- The product is out of stock.
- An exchange for size is not possible.
- Refunds are not available for the following reasons:
- Change of mind or personal preference.
- Delivery delays caused by selecting standard shipping or not accounting for processing times. Please note that our shipping timelines are clearly outlined, and we do our best to process and ship orders promptly within the stated time frame.

Store Credit:
- Store credit is available for returns of eligible items (excluding shipping costs).
- Store credit expires 6 months from the date of issuance and can be used on your next purchase.
Additional Terms
- Restocking Fee: An 8% restocking fee will apply to all returns. This fee will be deducted from any refund or store credit issued.
- Free Return: We provide free return shipping for one return per customer per order. Additional returns for the same order will not qualify for free return shipping.

- Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached: unworn, unwashed, free from perfume, makeup, or any other scents.
- Returns not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.
Sale Items and Exclusions
- Final Sale: We do not accept returns for sale items, bodysuits, lingerie, or jewelry unless the item is defective or damaged.
Return Shipping Guidelines
- Deadline: After a pre-paid shipping label is provided, the customer must drop off the return package at UPS or USPS within 8 days. Failure to meet this deadline may void the return.
- Responsibility: Blue Crystal Boutique is not responsible for loss or damage to return parcels until received and processed.
Please Note
- Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Customers abusing return policies may be limited or refused future returns.
International Orders
- All international orders are FINAL SALE and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
