It's important that you read our return policy before submitting your return.

 

Return Policy

At Blue Crystal Boutique, we accept returns of full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order. All returns will be processed exclusively as store credit.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Size Exchange: We offer exchanges only for a different size if the original size does not fit. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
  • Item Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and free of perfume, makeup, dirt, stains, or any other odors. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
  • Sale Items and Exclusions: We do not accept returns on sale items, bodysuits, lingerie, or jewelry unless the item is defective or damaged. These exclusions are in place for hygiene and quality assurance reasons.
  • Restocking Fee: An 8% restocking fee will apply to all returns. This fee will be deducted from the issued store credit.
  • Return Shipping: We provide a prepaid return label for one return per customer per order. Additional returns for the same order will not qualify for free return shipping. Once the prepaid return label is provided, the package must be dropped off at UPS or USPS within 8 days. Failure to meet this deadline may void the return.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: Blue Crystal Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been shipped through the selected shipping carrier. Any issues regarding lost or damaged packages should be addressed directly with the shipping company.
  • International Orders: All international orders are final sale and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
  • Important Note: Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to limit or refuse future returns from customers who abuse our return policies. Abuse includes, but is not limited to, excessive returns without valid reasons or returns of worn or damaged items.

 

Gift Card Purchases:

  • If your order was purchased using a gift card and you select a refund to the original payment method, the refund will be added back to the balance of your gift card.
