Return Policy

We accept returns of full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order.


Our Return Policy Includes:

Size Exchange:

  • We offer exchanges for a different size only if the original size ordered does not fit.

  • If the size requested is unavailable, because it is out of stock, the customer may return the item and we will issue a refund as a store credit.

  • If the item does not exist in the requested size, no return or refund will be issued.

Verification of Claims:

  • If a customer wishes to return a product because it is "not as described" on our online store, clear evidence must be provided. Upon receiving this evidence, we will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.

Refunds:

Refunds are not available for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind or personal preference, including but not limited to:

    • The color or style is not as expected.

    • The item does not fit the way the customer envisioned.

    • The customer no longer wants the item after receiving it.

  • Delivery delays caused by selecting standard shipping or not accounting for processing times. This includes situations where the order was placed too close to the desired delivery date. Please note that our shipping timelines are clearly outlined, and we do our best to process and ship orders promptly within the stated time frame.

Store Credit:

  • Store credit is available for returns of eligible items (excluding shipping costs).

  • Store credit expires 6 months from the date of issuance and can be used on your next purchase.


Additional Terms:

Restocking Fee:

  • An 8% restocking fee will apply to all returns. This fee will be deducted from any refund or store credit issued.

Free Return Shipping:

  • We provide free return shipping for one return per customer per order. Additional returns for the same order will not qualify for free return shipping.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached: unworn, unwashed, free from perfume, makeup, dirt, stains, or any other scents.

  • Items must not be damaged, torn, or show signs of wear.

  • Returns not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.


Sale Items and Exclusions:

Final Sale:

  • We do not accept returns for sale items, bodysuits, lingerie, or jewelry unless the item is defective or damaged. These exclusions are for hygiene and quality assurance reasons.


Return Shipping Guidelines:

Deadline:

  • After a pre-paid shipping label is provided, the customer must drop off the return package at UPS or USPS within 8 days. Failure to meet this deadline may void the return.

Responsibility:

  • Blue Crystal Boutique is not responsible for loss or damage to return parcels until received and processed.


Please Note:

  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. These fees cover the cost of the initial shipment to the customer.

  • Customers abusing return policies may be limited or refused future returns. Abuse includes, but is not limited to:

    • Excessive returns without valid reasons.

    • Returns of worn, damaged, or soiled items.

    • Attempts to return items outside the stated return window.


International Orders:

  • All international orders are FINAL SALE and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.


Gift Card Purchases:

  • If your order was purchased using a gift card and you select a refund to the original payment method, the refund will be added back to the balance of your gift card.
