Return Policy

We accept returns of full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order.

We offer two options for returns:

  1. Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue store credit for the amount of the returned product (excluding shipping costs). Store credit expires 6 months from the date of issuance and can be used on your next purchase.

  2. Refund to Original Payment Method: Upon request and once your item is returned and verified, we can refund the original payment method. Please note that an 8% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

We do not accept returns of discounted items.

Size Exchange: If the reason for return is an incorrect size, we will gladly offer an exchange for the correct size, subject to availability. If the desired size is unavailable, we will issue store credit or refund as requested.


Additional Terms:

  • Store Credit: All store credits issued will be valid for six months from the date of issuance. After this period, credits will expire and cannot be used for future purchases.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 8% will be applied for all returns. This fee will be deducted from the refund or store credit issued to the customer.
  • Free Return: We cover the return shipping costs for one return per customer. Any additional returns for the same order will not be eligible for free return shipping.
  • Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition with tags: unworn, unwashed, free from perfume, makeup, and other scents.

Sale Items and Exclusions:

  • We do not accept returns for sale items or for bodysuits, lingerie, or jewelry unless defective or damaged.

Return Shipping Conditions:

  • Returns must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • Return shipping costs are covered for the first return per order. If you have already requested one free return, subsequent returns for the same order will incur shipping costs.
  • After the pre-paid shipping label is provided, the customer has 8 days to drop off the return package at UPS or USPS. Failure to meet this deadline may void the return.

Return Restriction Policy:

  • Each customer is allowed one free return per order. If a customer abuses this policy, we reserve the right to limit or refuse future returns.
  • Blue Crystal Boutique is not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us. All returns remain the responsibility of the customer until received and processed by us.

Please Note:

  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Blue Crystal Boutique reserves the right to define, limit, or refuse returns from customers with excessive return histories.

INTERNATIONAL (OUTSIDE USA):

  • International orders are FINAL SALE and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
